Vacation Rental Description

Our home is fully furnished with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and open-plan family room overlooking the pool area. Everything is provided for you, just bring your clothes and toiletries and get ready to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime! Our home is in an ideal location with the best of both worlds. If you want to visit all the theme parks, they are just 7 miles away. If you prefer to relax in peaceful surroundings then you have found the ideal home. The palms at lake davenport estates is where our home is and it is a lovely community just off highway 27.


living areas:
our comfortable family room with high vaulted ceiling & ceiling fan has 3 sofas with ample space for everybody to relax after a busy day at the theme parks. For your pleasure we provide 4 tvs, 2 dvd players, a vcr & stereo cd system for your use with a selection of cds, dvds and videos as well as books and board games. Plenty to keep everybody happy. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need whether you are preparing a quick snack or cooking a full meal. It has full size oven, large fridge/freezer with ice-cube maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, electric kettle, juicer & plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans & glassware. We also provide picnic ware for safe use in the pool area. The breakfast nook with table and chairs adjoins the kitchen to one side and is ideal for more relaxed meals or maybe you want to make the most of the florida sunshine and dine al fresco by our beautiful pool. The formal dining room adjoins the kitchen at the other side. We have a separate laundry room with full size washer, dryer, iron & ironing board, so no need to return home with all that dirty washing. We now also have a brand new games room with pool/airhockey, foosball, electronic dartboard and basketball machine. We also have a pc with high speed broadband internet access and an x-box with a selection of games.


master bedrooms:
the master suite is on the ground floor, overlooks the pool area and also has cable tv/dvd with over 90 channels. We provide an alarm clock so that you can be sure to get to the theme parks bright and early. The master suite also has a dressing table with large mirror and plenty of drawer space. There is also a ceiling fan for those very hot nights. The master bathroom has large garden tub, separate shower cubicle, his and hers vanity sinks with concealed mirror cupboards & hairdryer. There is also a large walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space.


other bedrooms:
also on the ground floor to the front of the house is a twin bedroom. In here you will find our pc with high speed broadband internet access. You can keep in touch with family and friends and check your emails. This is also where you will find the x-box with a selection of games to suit all ages. The bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer is just opposite this room. On the first floor is a double bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan, closet & 92 channel cable tv, and a further 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. We have 2 rollaway beds for your use which can be placed wherever suits your party. New from february 2006 crib/cot and high chair.


exterior:
the south west facing pool area enjoys the florida sunshine from mid-morning until sunset and is screened for your comfort to keep out insects. There are sun loungers & a table & chairs for outdoor dining. The pool can be heated at additional cost, please enquire at time of booking.


location & surroundings:
the palms at lake davenport estates is a peaceful community situated off highway 27 and just minutes away from a publix supermarket, various restaurants, pharmacy, petrol stations and a new super walmart. There are many golf courses within easy reach including polo park, highlands reserve & southern dunes. The palms has a communal pool, childrens park, tennis courts and a basket ball court for you to use free of charge
