Vacation Rental Description

Great one bedroom ground floor apartment. It is within walking distance of vilamoura marina (2 minutes foot) with it’s international restaurants, café, bars, casino, night club, boutiques and shops. There are five 18 hole golf courses nearby, two beautiful beaches (marina beach is only 7 minutes walking distance), various other sports and water sports/parks enjoyed by all ages. Medical center is very close too (next street).
the accommodation (sleeps up to 5) consists one large bedroom with double bed leading to a private back patio, a comfortable sofa bed for two in a big and bright living/dinning room witch lead to a private garden with barbecue. The front garner has a table and chairs for having meals outside, and a nice little grass area. It has a kitchenette fully fitted and a complete bathroom. Linen and towels provided. Washing machine. Babies facilities (bed, meal chair, baby car, bath tube).
this apartment is indicated for couples with children (two private gardens), golfers or senior couples who like quiet places. It´s situated in a residential area so you have no noisy bars or shops adjacent, or noisy condominium. Its location is perfect for who don’t want to drive or go to the added expense of hiring a car. All local amenities are within short walking distance.
bookings are confirmed with the payment of a 25% deposit. Balance payments are due 8 weeks prior to your arrival (flexible).
a refundable €100 breakage deposit is required. Special prices for monthly stays.
