situated only 10 minutes walk away from the centre of nerja in a quiet area, close to the parador hotel are villas flamingo and victoria.

both villas are furnished to a high standard and offer the perfect accommodation for groups of friends, couples and families alike.

on entering the villas, the ground floor offers a spacious loungeand dining area with ceiling fan, w.c. And a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, full oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. 2 terrace patio doors lead onto a covered terraece, ideal for dining al fresco from which a couple of steps lead down to the pool and garden area. In both houses the pools are surrounded by garden/lawned area.

pool flamingo: rectangular, 9 x 4 metres - 0.9m-1.4m depth.

upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The double and 1 of the twin rooms share a terrace with pool/garden views.

facilities: washing machine - hob and oven - fridge freezer - microwave - safe - fans - sat tv (limited channels) - cd player - dvd player.

towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis. Extra cleaning is available and payable locally or at time of booking.
