on the 6th floor of edificio capri, this 2 bedroom south facing apartment has just been completely refurbished and re decorated. There are 180 degree views from the mediterranean in the south to the mountains in the north from the ample corner balcony.
in addition to a fully equipped kitchen there is a satelite tv, vcr and washing machine. Located in the area close to los pinos and hacienda, it is a 10 minute walk to the town centre and a 5 minute walk down to the burriana beach.
edificio capri is situated in the heart of one of the most sought after locations, midway between the ever popular burriana beach with its front line restaurants, bars, newsagents & beach wear shops, is just 7/8 minutes walk away.
