this villa is situated 200 meters from villa simon and was newly built in the year 2003, on entering the ground of the cortijo there is space to park one car although if clients prefer they can leave their car outside.
at the front of the villa there is a terrace where the pool is situated, a covered bbq area with sink and work tops and a further covered terrace at the entrance ideal for dining al fresco.
the house itself is built on two levels, on entering you arrive directly into the kitchen/ dining area which has been built in tradition style with antique pine and tiled surfaces and has a gas hob, oven and fridge freezer.
the lounge is separated from the kitchen by a low wall and has sofa and easy chairs, coffee table, open fireplace and tv (spanish only).
also on this level is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom.
stairs lead from the lounge to an attic style room, which has been converted into a double room and has patio doors that lead out onto a large terrace.
