this attractive and comfortable villa is situated between nerja and frigiliana the majority of the access is on a small country lane some of which is un-surfaced, it offers good quality accommodation in a rural location with wonderful views of the local countryside and the coast of nerja.
the villa is built on two floors, but all the living accommodation is on the first floor, stairs at the front of the villa lead to a large covered terrace, ideal for dining al fresco and taking in the fabulous views.
on the entrance level there is large area for parking a private pool ( 7 x 4m ), with terrace and lawn, a built in bbq area and a pretty country garden.
once inside the villa you arrive directly onto the lounge dining area, which has been decorated in a rustic style with mexican style furnishings, which include a large dining table and chairs, easy chairs, open fireplace and pine cupboards.
the kitchen is separated from the lounge by an american bar and if fully fitted with, ceramic hob, electric oven, large fridge freezer and washing machine.
