the accommodation is spread over 2 floors with a spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom, lounge/dining room on the ground floor, the lounge leading out to a terrace on 2 levels with built-in barbecue and garden furniture. A gate opens out to the lawns and communal pool. Back indoors, a marble staircase leads up to the 2nd floor with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and ‘romeo and juliet´ balconies. All bedrooms enjoy views of either pool or mountains and sea. The bathroom has a bath, overhead shower and bidet. Another short flight of stairs leads onto the pleasant roof terrace with stunning views across to the mediterranean, outside shower and sunbeds.
