an outstanding detached 3 bedroom villa with private pool situated in a great location, close to town with beautiful views to the sea and mountains. It is only 15 minutes walk to the beaches and the town centre of nerja.

this large detached villa is located close to the athletics ground on the east side of nerja town. There is a large supermarket only a minutes walk away and burriana beach can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes downhill. The town centre is approximately 15 minutes walk away.

the spacious accommodation is spread over two floors. The ground floor comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen and utility room, bathroom, lounge/dining room, large covered terrace with dining area. The first floor has three large bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom has its own balcony with magnificent views to the mountains. The lounge leads to a large terrace area and the private pool with sun beds, tables and chairs and bbq. There is ample parking outside the villa.
