Vacation Rental Description

Osprey 302 is a three bedroom two bath unit that is beautiful! the king master suite offers fabulous furnishings and gives private access to the balcony thru sliding glass doors. you will find a jacuzzi tub in the master bath as well as large shower stall and a very spacious walk-in closet. the queen guest suite offers plenty of space and is decorated beautifully. the third bedroom offers a twin day bed with a trundle underneath - allowing for play space during the day and extra sleeping arrangements in the evening. the spacious living area gives you ample room to relax and enjoy the view. the sofa also provides a queen sleeper if needed.

the dining area provides seating for 6 with additional seating at the adjacent bar. your fully equipped kitchen has stainless steele appliances and all pots and pans, dishware, and other misc items you will need during your stay with us.

this unit also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

the floor is tiled with large square tiling in all main areas and plush carpeting welcomes you in the bedroom areas. the furnishings are lovely. all linens and bedding were chosen exclusively for this unit with our guests in mind. a tv with vcr/dvd is found in each bedroom as well in the living area.

the 300 square foot patio gives you an exclusive private view of the bay. it is breathtaking.

the lazy river is a favorite of young and old alike. the evening brings a fiber optic lighting show in the waters that you will truly enjoy.

okaloosa island is one of the best kept secrets on the gulf coast. guests are near countless boutiques and galleries; as well as world class golfing, fishing, boating and any imaginable water recreation. outlet mall shopping is only minutes away. in the old fashioned downtown area, there are even quaint antique stores to browse. there really is something for everyone here!! we look forward to having you as our guests.
