Vacation Rental Features

The interior features include fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, stove with oven, and full size refrigerators. Two tv’s with free cable and hbo. Full room service provided by “order inn” when you don’t feel like going out. There are 2 swimming pools with one heated, 2 hot tubs, bbq grills, and picnic tables are located at every turn. Easy access to the beach with a boardwalk for those morning strolls. Free ice machines, covered parking, and elevators. Brand new washer and dryers on every floor, we also have pet-free as well as pet friendly condos available.

Member: Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce & Better Business Bureau. OFFICE HOURS ARE FROM 8:30am to 7pmCST. Up to two Pets welcome(if under 20 pounds) along with a non- refundable pet deposit of $40. Pets that weigh over 20 pounds are subject to occupancy refusal. We accept ALL MAJOR credit cards! A Valid Credit Card is required for a security deposit. Discounts DO NOT APPLY for Holidays and Weekends(Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights). All Promotional Codes And Coupons Must Be Presented At The Time Your Reservation Is Made, Otherwise Discounts Do Not Apply. A $5 processing fee will be applied to your total. Weekly rates are already discounted, so promotional codes and discounts may not apply, or the discount will be applied to the nightly rate. A 14 day notice is required for cancellation on our Condos and 1 month notice for our Homes, otherwise deposit is forefeited. All rental charges are due at time of check in. Any changes to reservations are subject up to a $100 charge. All rates are subject to change. Cancellations the day of and no-shows will be charged for a two night stay. Cancellations during scheduled stay will result in forfeiture. Rescheduling within seven days, may result in forfeiture of deposit. An additional charge of $25 will be assessed if the dishes are not cleaned and or the condo left unkempt. Each of our condos are non smoking and a $150 fine or eviction may be exercised by TXCV. A refundable deposit of $100 is due at time of reservation. If deposit is not received your reservation may be canceled without notice. 2 night minimum. Discounts for seniors 65 and older, teachers, civil service employees, and military.
