The condo has a private balcony with private spiral stairs leading directly to a heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, tennis court, and gas grills that are all within a distance of 75 feet. It is just 100 feet to the private, white sand beach on the gulf of mexico.
