alii villas is a poplar, well maintained ocean front resort located on scenic alii drive, with nothing between it and the ocean except palm trees and lush gardens. it is conveniently located within walking distance (15 minutes) from the center of town where there is abundant shopping and dining experiences, yet removed enough to avoid traffic noise. there is a built in bar-b-q located next to the pool with an entertainment pavilion from which sunsets and whale sightings can be viewed.
magic sands white sand beach is about a 10 minute walk. a little further is kahalu’s beach park, a renowned snorkeling/surfing that is frequented by large sea turtles. The kona country club golf course is a 10 minute drive with 36 championship holes.
