the properties themselves are a relative rarity in that they offer huge living space in comfortable surroundings, provided not only by the four bedrooms and three bathrooms on offer, but also by the large underbuilt garage. Each property has a garage underneath which can be in excess of 70 m2; ideal storage for long term renters who have brought their furniture and belongings with them while they look for their perfect house to move into.
